No, it's just the tires. You have to use the existing means to hold the tires on

I HAVE THEM ON A GAS POWERED PRESSURE WASHER. SO THAT IS ONLY 100LBS.

They are NOT High Flotation tires but they are pretty big. Will fit virtually anything with a 5/16-inch axle.
