I like the look and feel of this bench for the most part, but it was very sketchy and I actually ended up breaking. I only weigh 200 lbs, and it was very sketchy trying to bench up to 275. It creaked and moaned and did not inspire confidence. I also used it for core, and I actually broke the seat by simply sitting down into it when on a slight incline. Overall, there are better benches out there, and if you weigh anywhere near 200 or lift any heavy weight, it will not support you.

Major stability issues on back pad
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I had high hopes for this bench when I started reading the instruction manual. Based on the first paragraph it sounded like it was going to be in clear English (no weird translations) with good diagrams. However, my high hopes were soon dashed. The very second paragraph introduces a word I have never heard before "Kerbstifte" and it appears over and over in the manual. I searched for the meaning of this word online and I failed to get any clarity. I was still able to complete the assembly without knowing what this word means but it shouldn't be in there. The instructions tell you that you can build the bench in three steps and in ten minutes. It took me 20 minutes including unboxing all of the parts and having to re-do two different steps due to the lack of clarity in the instructions. If you are handy you will be able to get this bench put together as quickly as I did, and if you don't inadvertently reverse some parts (it won't be your fault if you do) you can do it even faster. I only wish that manufacturers would spend a little more effort on their manuals to make everything crystal clear. It can be done, they just don't make the minor investment. As a side note to this, there are some 3M adhesive pads included but there is no indication what these are for.All that being said, this bench has one fatal flaw and it is that the back pad is unstable. It sways left and right very easily and will not give you stable support for lifting. You can see my video for a demonstration. I also wish that the seat pad and back pad had a smaller gap between them in the flat position. It's a shame that this bench is unusable to me due to the lack of stability, because I really like how fast and easy you can make adjustments to it. But when I am lifting, I need the seat pad and back pad totally locked in and that is not the case here. For $99 this could be a good bench if you don't work out with heavy weights (especially not dumbbells) and don't mind the back pad swaying. But for me this bench doesn't provide a good experience.*Thanks for taking the time to read my HONEST review, I hope I have helped you make an educated purchase decision about this product. Sturdy, Affordable, Compact to Store
We were looking for a weight bench that provided solid support, was adjustable but also could fold up small enough to be tucked away.We generally do CrossFit workouts which primarily use an Olympic bar from the floor but occasionally we would like to have a weight bench for more classic weight lifting movements like the bench press. We didn't want something that would take up a lot of room but we wanted it to be sturdy and stable. This bench was exactly what we were looking for. It came in a pretty small box but required very little assembly. One person could easily assemble it in about 10-15 minutes. Each foot has 3 large bolts holding them in place. The bench is highly adjustable with both the back and seat able to be adjusted above and below vertical. Adjusting the angles is easy, simply lifting them and moving them to the desired spots is easy and in many cases can be done with one hand. For $99, this seems like a really great value. The only negative we noticed is the cover on the foam at the top of the bench seems a little looser than ideaL and it might get saggy over time. This isn't worth marking it down in any way but just something we noticed.Overall very happy with the "LIONSCOOL Adjustable Weight Bench, Quick Folding Workout Bench for Full Body Strength Training, Bonus a Bench Workout Poster and High Density Exercise Equipment Mat, Flat/Incline/Decline Utility Bench".

works for this newbie
I've been focusing on my health this past year as many people have and finally decided it was time to move my exercising up off the floor and experience the benefits of a workout bench. I am a complete novice.I've been using this bench for the past couple weeks. The only weights I've been using with it are a couple 10lb dumbbells and an adjustable 6-44lb dumbbell. I'm mostly DIY-ing this thing; thus far I've found a few positions and resistances that are targeting the parts of my body I want to work on. To that end, I have no complaints so far. This has been more than satisfactory for someone like me (6' 170lbs) just getting into weight training. It's stable for my purposes so far and comfortable to exercise on.I'm particularly glad I got this bench because it comes with a floor mat to put under the bench. I much prefer using the mat instead of placing the bench and weights directly on my laminate flooring.

Arrived Almost Completely Assembled
When I opened the box on this thing and glanced at the long list of parts, I quailed. Fortunately, I quickly realized that the unit came nearly completely assembled. It was just a matter of putting two large pieces together with a couple of provided bolts. What a treat! As the product description says, this is surprisingly sturdy and stable. The quality is much higher than I expected. It's super easy to re-position both the back and seat for various exercises, too. And the manufacturer kindly provides a large poster with an illustrated strength training routine so you can get the most out of the bench. Oh, there's also a somewhat chintzy plastic/rubber mat provided if you want to place it underneath for more stability. I don't need it so the relative cheapness doesn't bother me.A great addition to my minimalist fitness room.
