I ordered this cotton swabs to use mainly for automotive work. I use them primarily for cleaning out the old grease and gunk in the slide pin holes when I replace brake pads. I recently bought these cause I ran out of my supply, and I must say these little gems are great, there very strong and the size of them are perfect for getting tin to those hard to reach nuks & crannies on your fire arms and rifles they get right in those hard to reach places, and there strong and thick, Not your flimsy little fake q-tip, these are the real deal and for the price was great you even get a storage bin for holding all 1000 pieces, its great, I will be buying more of these when needed. hopes this helps you in your searches , stay safe

Please put warning label on package "do not clean ears with these... and if you do, don't put them all the way in your ear unless there is just a hollow space between your ears". Good for reaching deep recessed of firearms, but bad for cleaning ears.

Great for multiple cleaning tasks and the cost is great. Doesn’t leave any fibers behind.

Great product and great value

I love the long cotton swabs for cleaning in tight spaces. Most of the sticks are perfect, however there is an occasional one that's a little soggy. Just not as firm as most of them. Just so you know there's maybe 2 per bag that aren't super firm but that's what you get when you're using natural products(wood). Definitely will continue to purchase these. I've purchased about 5 boxes of these already.
