Q: Is there a shorter version? Is doesn't go down far enough to stop water from going down the drain

Just curious if you found a shorter version? I am experiencing the same issue and having a hell of a time finding a plug that fits my existing drain shoe.

Q: My tub drain does not have the crossbar for the screw. Will thos work without the crossbar?

Q: Returns ....returns should have options..not just Kohls??

I have had to return an item or two and have used the Kohl's method (you don't have to box back up) and also sealed up the box and utilized the shipper and taken to a UPS drop off center.
