The women's has 20 B, Daily has 10 B. **Q: How many cfu?** A: I don’t know. However I had some sent to me when I was staying with my my mother at her assisted living center. The nurse thought it was for my mother and began giving her one a day. She had lower GI problems and loss of appetite. Both conditions were cured from Probulin. It worked for me since I had stomach problems. I had been using it for two years at that time. I still take it daily which keeps all my digestive troubles away. **Q: Does this need to be refrigeraded** A: It doesn’t have up be refrigerated but it is recommended. It’s delivered in a cold packing so I keep my unopened boxes in the refrigerator & only take out what I need each day. But when traveling, I don’t worry that much about keeping it cool. **Q: How big are the capsules? I have trouble swallowing them unless they are small.
