This four gang charge is more expensive than buying four separate chargers, so I balked at first. but it is better than having a tangle of outlets adapters, extension cords, etc. It did clean up the look of that area of my shop, and (with extension cables) made it more convenient to keep two dirt bikes and two street bikes charged and ready. As most every other reviewer says, you need the extension cables. They are standard SAE to SAE extension cables. I bought a 4-pack of 12 footers and that length works great for me. I do have a corner of my shop dedicated to motor toys, and park my bikes close to each other, so this works, with plenty of wiggle room. For my setup, I wouldn't need anything longer than that.Right now, the unit sits on the seat of one of the dirt bikes. Might make a shelf for it one day above or below the outlet.

Great multi port charging station! I use it to charge my fishing boat batteries all at once and works great! Just hook it up, and walk away, highly recommend this unit if in need of a multi port charging station.

This 4 bank charger is awesome. I also ordered extension cables so all 3 harley batteries are charging and my seadoo battery.
