Button are hard to push
Still working almost a year later. The buttons are hard to push.the paint is coming off one button. The wiring diagrams are hard to understand but easy enough to wire into the unit for basic functions.

Poor quality
Poor quality. Very sloppy solder job required fileing and resolder just to close the case. Buttons still a bit hard to push with very little tactile feel on when adequate pressure has been applied to activate. Think twice before buying this part

It works on a Honda SilverWing.
It allows me to cruise the highway without keeping my hand twisting the throttle.

So far, not impressed with quality.
The switch pad cover doesn't fit well over the baseplate. It wasn't fully seated/clipped even out of the box, and after messing with it for 10 mins, I don't think there is anything that can done to make it fit better. The top pad cover seems to be too small, or too flexible. Or maybe the button membrane material is too thick and won't let the top click on to the base plate? Even when I can put (what feels like way too much) pressure on it to get it to sort of stay closed, it takes no force at all to get it to unclip. Basically spring loaded to pop off with the slightest movement.Because of this bad fit, the feel of the buttons is mushy and uncertain. If I remove the cover and button membrane I can push the actual contacts on the circuit board and they give a satisfying click and feel like real buttons. But between the squishy button pad and ill-fitting top cover, there is virtually no feedback to the user whether the button has been pushed or not. I'm not entirely sure that the buttons won't stick on or off, which is very dangerous for a switch that literally controls the speed and acceleration of a large vehicle.I'm going to return this one and try ordering again. If the next one is just as bad then I'll know it's a product problem not a fluke.

I use my "cruise" to drive 65..I'll get there a lil' slower but I'll get there alive.
I bought and installed an aftermarket cruise control on my lil' Ford Ranger and this was the dash mounted switch for it.My Ranger has an automatic transmission and the cruise control, while kinda pricey, was one of the things that I wantedmost for it...I don't drive a lot of miles in a year but it REALLY nice to have cruise control and the cruise control unit and this switch work just great.

Absolute JUNK! Very CHEEZZYY! Fell apart in my hand, tried snapping the front back on, got it to hang on long enough to put back in the box and RETURNED itIT DOESN’T DESERVE 1 STAR, but i couldn’t submit my review without it!
