Not too hard to swallow
I just received these and have been taking only a few days so I can't speak of results. However, they are easy to swallow and that's a plus for me. My biggest concern is the red dye used to make them look more appealing. We buy these supplements to stay healthy so we don't need cancer causing additives like dyes. I hope the will remove it. They do contain iron so if you need to avoid iron these are probably not for you.
