This cookbook has a wonderful selection of recipes containing an array of Indian, Indo-Chinese, Thai and Turkish Cuisines. The book contains some of the most popular dishes from these cuisines including soups, sauces, salsas, mango rice, paneer, and much, much more! The are even recipes that can be prepared in a pressure cooker. The herbs and spices are readily available in your local supermarket or Indian grocery store. For those that prefer online shopping, almost all the ingredients can be purchased on Amazon. I can't wait to try all the recipes in this colorfully illustrated, easy to follow cookbook. This cookbook makes an outstanding addition to anyone's kitchen and a must have!

Great easy recipes
Love this cook book. The recipes looks great and fairly easy to attempt. The best part is that most of the ingredients are available easily. It has recipes for varying levels of cooking skills. Love the simplicity of the recipes and the flavors of the food. Very well written.

Tasty, straightforward recipes!
I recently purchased this cookbook upon recommendation from a friend. I was amazed at how every recipe fit onto one page. The first recipe I tried was the saag paneer and wow it was both easy to prepare and delicious to eat. I had one of my friends try it who usually doesn't like saag paneer and they found it to be tasty and even had seconds. In particular, the saag paneer recipe has a less bitter, sweeter/tangier taste than those I've tried before. Looking forward to impressing friends and enjoying flavorful meals as I work through this cookbook.

Excellent book of recipes from India from chef Billo Jolly.
Great Book from chef Billo Jolly, all recipes are well explained and easy to follow, it’s a great book for the persons who are interested in trying the many dishes available from that great country, it’s a must buy if you love good food from India. Highly recomendable, buy this book.

Finger licking good, tandoori chicken
So glad to see the book by Billo Jolly. Many times I tried taking one of her classes, but due to work schedule always missed it. Cooked Tandoori chicken today, it was scrumptious. Sorry could not take picture, as chicken was finished before it reached table.

AMAZING!
Such a great cookbook! The recipes are easy to follow and so tasty!! There is a whole chapter on Cauliflower recipes that I cannot wait to try :) Highly recommend this cookbook!!

Tried and Tested recipes explained clearly
I liked the simple and elegant structure the book has. Every recipe has a table of ingredients, a step-by-step procedure, and an image to go with it. Since the author has 15 years of professional experience, she brings a certain accuracy to the table. There are vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian recipes. This book is recommended if you would like to learn Indian, Turkish, or Thai cuisine from a professional chef.

Wow ! This book is filled with such scrumptious and mouth watering dishes in abundance. The usage of simple and lucid language is another feather in the hat. This book truly represents the theme of India's "Unity in Diversity", covering dishes from most regions of the country. The author has not only restricted herself to South Asian cuisines, but has also ventured into various other cuisines like Turkish, Thai and Indo-Chinese. The ingredients (herbs, spices etc) are easily available in your local grocery stores and I can't wait to indulge making atleast one dish per day. I would definitely recommend this easy to follow , beautifully illustrated book to all cooking enthusiasts and foodies.Thanks to the author Billo Jolly for such a magical creation !
