Works as advertised in my Franklin hot spot. I carefully checked that the specifications matched, which is important with any battery purchase. As soon as the battery was installed and the unit was plugged in, it worked; I didn't have to wait for it to fully charge. It quickly came up to full charge.Shipping via Amazon for this and one other item was VERY fast, as we've come to expect from Amazon, and it was three days faster than the estimate. Price was reasonable. I'm a happy customer who was desperate when my internet access died just as I planned on working on income taxes!Nicely packaged in a small white box within a static-free bag.

Doesn't hold charge for long
Product fit as a replacement but even after following the instructions to let it charge 24 hours prior to use, it still won't hold a charge. Very disappointing.
