Has the packing and shipping improved since the customer reviews that indicate several units arriving damaged?

We are now double boxing the unit. So broken shipping issue should have improved. Amazon was not putting them in another box and using the box as a shipping box.

I noticed as i read the entire listing, questions, & reviews the wattage was never stated. i am wonder if is between 400w and 999w or above 1,000w ?

I’m not sure that is relevant as it only runs on batteries.
