This shower head is easy to install and comes with everything you need, including the plumber's tape. The main head provides a nice gentle rain that makes for a very comfortable shower. The wide pattern allows easy rinsing of shampoo out of your hair, and just feels so nice and comfortable. You can easily switch to the handheld head by turning a small handle. The handheld head fits into the provided holder which attaches securely by adhesive pad to the wall, and stays put without falling like some of the other's I've tried.After replacing the shower head in the back bathroom at least 4 times, I finally found one that works well, feels comfortable, doesn't leak, stays put, and everyone likes. I am very pleased with this shower head set and fully recommend it!

It uses up all the hot water, so you got about 10 minutesIt now sprays everywhere but on me, lolIt was good for about a year, so I can’t complain

I stayed at a hotel in Virginia Beach in June that had a rain fall shower that I absolutely loved. So when I got home I immediately ordered one. It installed fairly easily, although I had to use a heavier Teflon tape than what they provided in the package. The shut-offs for the shower head and the hand held unit work great. Water presser can be adjusted by an independent flow regulator for each. At full flow it will wash you away! I encountered one problem about a week after I installed it. The tape used to hold the hand held unit to the Shower wall is very thin and the holder fell off. I sent the manufacturer an email and asked if they would send me a replacement for the tape and I haven't heard back from them yet. Been waiting about a week.Update: There were no instructions for "how" to mount the holder for the hand held unit. There was a piece of double sided tape the size of the mount which I assumed was to hold the mount. Well, it didn't work. So I tried double sided carpet tape, didn't work. So I tried double sided hanging tape, didn't work. Then I accidentally realized there was plastic over the adhesive on the mount. Removed it and remounted the holder and it worked. Could have saved me a lot of trouble if that info was included in the instructions. Also, it would help if the instructions were printed a little larger.

Installed this in less than 10 minutes and was concerned with pressure. There is a knob that lets you go from big shower head to wand and the pressure is great. You can place knob in middle and use both at same time. Pressure is not as strong but still good and is a good feature.
