After one day of use, it is considerably quieter. Not sure what happened to it.

Not like the picture
Over all it works and is loud. But the double keychain in the picture is not what it comes with. It came with a wrap around the neck thing. It was of no use to us. So I had to get a keychain holder small enough to fit the hole.
