More than what I expected
I had bought a previous item from Mpow. The Mpow Bluetooth receiver. I was very happy with this device, especially for the price. So when I was looking for a set of headphones and wireless, I noticed that Mpow had a set. The price was decent and the reviews were pretty good. I felt, it was a good risk to take for my 1st set of wireless headphones. I have had numerous wired headphones from my wireless phone and ordered online, but they all have the same issue: They fall out of my ear, or the bass is too low.Not anymore! These headphones come with two different sets of items to keep the buds in place and at the right angle for listening pleasure. 1) The earpiece comes in 3 different sizes. They are rubber, but easy to put on and are comfortable enough. But that won't be enough to keep them in place and Mpow knew this. 2) The in-ear stabilizer comes in various sizes depending on the size of your ear. This piece keeps the bud from falling out and staying at the preferred angle. Now when I'm laying down on a bench working out, or I'm doing cardio, the earbuds never have to be adjusted they stay in place! I also like that the ear buds are angled down and forward toward the ear canal. Other headphones go straight in and don't send the sound down. I would be careful with volume because of this.Next I was pleased with the controls. It's a little tricky to get the hang of because the same buttons are used for both volume up and down and song forward and back. You just have to realize that lowering the volume is same button as forwarding the song. You also can use the middle button to pause the song, or turn the headphones off. I haven't had to charge them much. They last a pretty long time on standby, but I turn them off to conserve energy.I did not get the version with magnetic ends because I didn't want to pay extra for this feature, but I can see the use if you just want to drape them around your neck instead of keeping them in your ear if the battery dies or you aren't listening to music. I'm ok with not having this feature. I will note that the wireless listening was pretty good most of the time. There were moments where the headphones lost signal with the device, but the instructions say to keep your phone on the right side of your body or pockets. Once I did that the signal got better.Either way you look at it, this is a very good device and works great. I don't know how long it will last and hope the sweat doesn't damage the headphones. But for now, it's definitely one of the higher rated products I've owned and worth a lengthy review from me.

Ok, but not convinced
Ok, there is cord noise, they do get uncomfortable (upgraded design is $3 more); but the quality is 2 stars. I have 2 more reviews on other BT headphones, and 4 corded headphone reviews. The sound from music is 'ok'; but I got cheaper bluetooth phones that sound just as good or better, my reason for the 2 star rating is b/c of the Mic and Bluetooth quality. It is very poor. to the point I cannot use them with some people I call as they complain. There is a constant static, i'm not sure why; but whatever intelligent software they are marketing for better quality is not working. Battery life is good; but these are my only BT that don't show my 'battery percentage' and that just drives me Nuts! Only an icon that shows 'connected or not'. My others show a little icon for battery life. Back to the 'flat cord' ; it not only gives cord noise but also serves to 'stick' to my neck, effectively pulling and tugging constantly when I move my head so I sent them back and got a cheaper brand by a different company and turns out I am WAY more satisfied, came with a magnet, better quality overall. So if your looking for a good buy; Look For [Battery Mah], and Reviews on [sound quality/speaker material]. All other engineering is recycled across brands. Better quality driver material is more battery efficient/lighter in most cases. If they don't list the material AND sound profile/range info, be aware for a compromise.I did Not receive any discount or endorsement for this review and I do not like to give low reviews but Mpow has such high ratings on their devices I needed to try it myself so Lesson learned and Note this please;... The materials used to build these are nearly identical even the English programing voice used is the same across brands! And marketing is employed to give 3 choices so you will choose their 'Goldie Lox' product.

Lackluster headset, even worse customer service.
I've been through a few pairs of Mpow's Bluetooth headphones and they seem to be OK for a few weeks, and even in some cases, a few months, but then they die unexpectedly. When they're dubbed in the product listing as "the perfect music partner for sports and running" I would expect them to hold up to the rigors of running, including contact with sweat. But, alas, after a few weeks of using them on a daily run and drying them off when I'm done, they have stopped working. No way to reset, and the seller will not respond to my request to have them replaced under their warranty. I'm not sure if there is a sweat-proofing issue in the design of the Mpow headsets that have the inline remote, but I have not experienced this issue with other brands of headsets. Needless to say, I am very disappointed, but you do get what you pay for, and in this case, I got a lackluster headset that lasted a few weeks before dying.Pros:DesignMultiple ear pieces to accommodate most any ear typeEasy pairingInline RemoteCons:Average sound quality at bestLasted a few weeks before dyingPoor customer service
