Mark One Pryme Personal Hydration Tracker

I love your design and idea of this cup, but my cup is not working at all even can't be charge (the USB is working on other devices, the problems is on the Vessyl or the charger), no lights, cant connect to app and it's made me nuts. I tried everything you told me to do in the website. But still not working. Also, no one reply my email or help to solve this. Return exchange will need to wait almost two months... I can't believe it!!! Just terrible.

Packaging: Unit came in attractive mostly paper based packaging (much better than plastic)Initial Setup: Unit was easy to pair, update and connectAccuracy: Out of the box, it was pretty accurate. I would drink one ounce and it would record one ounce. The Next morning it seemed to be missing a few ounces here and there. Not sure if its a Bluetooth issue or what. Better to be over hydrated than under hydrated I guess.Cup: The exterior is attractive and modern but only when its clean. The matte white porous surface stays dirty. My cup holder rubber rubs off and permeates the surface and as does my makeup, lipstick and lotion. Water alone will not clean the exterior.08/30/16 Update: The surface is so-high-maintenance (unless you don't mind the dirty look). Using cup holders, placing the Vessyl in purses or gym bags is going to make your cup look filthy. Traveling with a travel pouch has become a must since I am tired of soaping up my Vessyl several times a day to keep the matte white surface clean.Pryme algorithm: I am not confident about the Pryme calculation. At the moment, I am about 8 oz behind my normal water consumption, yet the Vessyl app tells me that I'm at 135% of my Pryme and will be there for the next 7.5 hours. What??? I will need at least another 24 oz during the next 7.5 hours and that's just to keep me from extreme dehydration!08/25/2016 Update: To address the issue with Pryme not requiring me to drink as much water, I changed my lifestyle from "Mostly Sitting" to "Always breaking a sweat". I workout a few times a week (at most and I sync those workouts to the app) and I sit at a desk all day. While is is a bit better, I still find the calculation to be less than my true water requirements.Lid: This seems spill proof enough for my needs. I wouldn't put it in a backup sideways or upside down, but its fine for upright commuting. The lid was hard to remove when I first received the unit but after watching a few videos I was able to remove it. Once you get used to how the lid works (and you realize you are not going to break it) its totally fine.08/25/2016 - I tipped the Vessyl sideways and upside down and it did not leak. This gave me confidence to place it upright in my purse. Well, I forgot about it,laid the purse down carelessly and returned an hour later to find water had leaked into my purse. It is spill resistant, not spill proof. Their FAQ's are confusing on this matter as one article claims "Spill-Proof" and another article says "not fully spill-proof".App- The app is pretty good. It would be great if told me how many oz I drank in a day. Currently I have to go to Health Kit to find that information.Taste: I notice at times a highly chemical taste in my water. I think it comes from the matte white plastic exterior as the interior is hopefully non-leaching glass.In Summary,The occasional chemical taste, along with the overall high maintenance of the Vessyl are enough that I would't recommend this product and I wouldn't purchase again. I like it, but certainly not $120 worth plus effort. $60 would be more reasonable price point for the product.

I had been SO excited about this and thoroughly enjoyed it for about 3 weeks when it suddenly stopped functioning. I had read about this issue happening to others, but like most, assumed it wouldn't happen to me. For the past three weeks I have been contacting their customer support via the app and their website and have heard nothing. I checked their Facebook page and the last posting was from November 2015. I am extremely disappointed in this product and their service.

My friend showed me the one he received for free as a backer and then I instantly bought one. I've heard it had issues in the past but this version is great! Syncs and charges wirelessly and is an awesome reminder to stay hydrated through the day. If your an office/cubicle worker who is constantly forgetting to stay hydrated this cup is for you!! You'll noticed your headaches stop and you'll find it fun to stay at what the company calls "Pryme".The cons are that is leaks and its fragile, but once you know that you shouldn't store it full in your bag, and that you should be careful not to drop it, I personally enjoy the luxury feel. It seems like an apple product!

Great product all around - functionality, design, app experience. My favorite part is their 'Pryme' metric - I feel a lot better at my Pryme than out of it. It's helped me understand hydration and how little changes can have big results. Seen some great improvements come in with the app, looking forward to where the team takes it next. No problem taking it to a restaurant or out with me, it sparks some fun conversation! Would recommend to anyone looking to take themselves and their health a little more seriously.

Hi, I'm terrible dissapointed with this product. The complementary iOS app does not work.The problem is that I get no answer from Mark One, I tried several times. I also did write 2 times to Mark One (Vessyl) Facebook Fan Page, no answer either.

This is an excellent product! I use it everyday and I've been feeling healthier and healthier because I'm more hydrated. The battery life is way better now and the bluetooth never drops! I'm going to buy another one for my coworker.

The comany’s gone under, which means their servers are down, which means their app doesn’t work... sooo... you’re just buying an expensive traveler mug.
