Theses are the basic shrimp lures that have been sold at piers in the US for decades, which is ironic because they suck at piers, gotchas are much better for piers, but these shrimp are great on grass flats once you can work them properly. This pack is ok quality with great colors and I like that they come multiple in a pack because they will be lost of you're fishing them properly. The baits have to be adjusted on the hook, but that's normal, and the undivided box works great for storing them with the wire leader.Depending on the action you want, you should get a lite split shot for casting weight but not heavy enough to instantly sink it and add it to the wire leader close to the hook or on your line before the swivel up to a couple feet up the line and fish it like a twitch bait with decent pauses if the weight is close to the shrimp and it looks erratic like a shrimp looking for food, or pump retrieve it w/o pauses like a spoon if the weight is closer to you and it will look like a fleeing shrimp. A squirt of bait scent, I personally like pro cure, and this type will out fish anything including DOAs on the flats. If they go over a dollar a lure just buy them locally if they are available at a pier bait shop, they run between .70 -1 dollar each, depending on state.

Haven’t used them yet but they are looking pretty durable, only problem is that one of the glow in the dark shrimps has a unbent metal piece which made the other metal rod piece fall off and it was a bit of a struggle to bend it so that it didnt fall off.

I bought these for my ocean wreath. I plan to make a sea bed with shrimp and lobster; my favorite foods. they are really nice with a case.

Held up well in the ocean...
These held up well in the ocean. It tied them up using a palomar knot. They are soft and very realistic. Yet durable. They even have antennae. I was surprised to see that the ball glows even in the slightest dimness.I actually still have it tied to my rod ready for the next time I hit the shore.
