Excellently written and dispensationally accurate! I really enjoy Eric's work, he is well versed in sound and right doctrine. I have most of his commentaries also. Very clear and he is a good writer and preacher.

I do not know this man, but I have purchased all of this author's books for Kindle and found them to be accurately based upon the information contained in the King James Bible. The negative review written against this author was obviously written by someone with a personal axe to grind against him, and likely deservedly so. But in saying that he is not a real Christian because of his poor performance, she exhibits the common misunderstanding of what a Christian truly is. Christianity is not just a good moral lifestyle, nor is it based upon our own emotional thoughts and beliefs. The Bible states that the truth is that we are all sinners that have fallen short of the glory of God, and have all failed to live up to His standards no matter how good we think we are. It clearly states that we needed a Saviour to pay for our sins. It states that God sent His Son to die in our place on the Cross, and that he was buried and he arose from the dead the third day. It tells us that if you will believe this and place your faith in this, you are then saved and have become a Christian. That doesn't mean that you will never sin again. It means that it is not what you do in this life that saves you, but what Christ did for you when he died on that Cross. It also means that if this man was unkind to his family, just as this lady has said, he can place his faith in Jesus' death, burial and resurrection, and his sins will be washed away. Jesus paid it all, past, present and even future sins (not that it means you should keep sinning, but if you do, you have a Saviour). This woman needs to understand that Christians are not perfect. They are just forgiven and therefore, they too, should forgive. The books written by this author have very good information. I found them helpful and based on clear Christianity, unlike many of the books out there. In my humble opinion, this man is a Christian that, apparently, has acquired a deep understanding of the Bible. I hope his Christian walk has improved from what it may have been before. The Bible has the power to change anyone from the inside out, especially if you read and study Paul's epistles, Romans through Philemon, and it is obvious to me that he has done so. I hope that he and the angry young woman can reconcile their differences, but if they don't, I will still buy his books.
