OakleyMen's OO9449 Gibston Square Sunglasses

I have a hard time finding shades I like as either they look too small or too large for my face. These hit the perfect size sweet spot between small & medium and look great! They have a nice simple & clean wear any occasion look without too much over-design or sports styling in the frames & arms. Also for the hat wearers out there like me, these frames are designed in a way that they don't interfere much with the bill of a hat. It's even specifically mentioned on Oakley's website description of them. The Prizm mirrored lenses on the pair I got do a great job of keeping the sunlight out and your eyes hidden but still let you see detail and vibrant colors. These are by far my favorite pair I've ever owned and see no reason I will ever wear anything else from here on out. I just hope Oakley keeps making this style for a long time to come but I will likely buy a backup pair at some point just in case. If you have similar troubles finding good fitting & looking shades like I do, I highly recommend giving these a try. 😎

The colors really come alive when I wear my Oakley Gibston sunglasses. I also like the style very much as the wrap around the side of my head. I use these sunglasses for recreational activities like running and biking and they stay secure. I only wish they were a bit wider.

Super-light weight with a snug fit that doesn’t give me a headache. I have worn them mountain biking without any issues. Perfect for driving. You should know that these do not come with a case only a non-padded (ultra-thin) bag. More like a dust cover, at best. That would be my only gripe, if I had one. These are killer medium sized lenses that are light and look great.

My hubby loves these Oakleys. Second pair, different style.

Great build quality and perfect for daily use and driving. They have a sporty look and feel to them and are great for outdoor activities such as boating, fishing and hiking. I would not recommend them for high intensity sports such as running or bicycling as they have not rubber grips to hold them in place, especially when perspiring. However, luckily Oakley has other specific models for such activities.

I own abt 8 pairs of oakley sunglasses,so I have a sense of what a nice pair looks like,there was NOTHING I liked these glasses,will go to a store next time to purchase,that way I can see what I am buying.

Very nice glasses for the money. Only downside was they came in a standard Oakley box which got crushed on delivery leaving minor scratches on one of the arms. That said still able to buff out

Great pair of sunglasses. If your Oakley fan and have a medium sized head, these will fit nicely.I tried gascan’s before and they seem too wide for my head. But these are perfect.

These glasses came in an unmarked white box that was ripped and they were rolled up in bubble wrap.This is the exact product description: "CASE, CLEANING CLOTH AND WARRANTY INCLUDED: All Oakley frames sold by authorized sellers like Amazon.com are eligible for all manufacturer warranties and will include a soft vault sunglass case and microbag storage and cleaning cloth to clean and store your Oakley sunglasses."Also, the picture shows a red sign on the inside of the arm that says assembled in USA. Actual product does not have it.Makes me think these are not real Oakleys. They feel very cheap also. They are being sent back.Wondering how many other people got duped by this. I bought an authentic pair from Sport Chek for the same price and they came in a black Oakley branded box with the soft case and cleaning cloth. So do yourself a favor and buy from a licensed store.

Fit well, like how they wrap around.

I have been a hardcore polaroid customer however their acetate frames are of very low quality of late.The gibston is a medium fitting frame offering excellent coverage and a good fit. Expected oakley quality- The frame creeks a bit but feels solid in hand and should last. Gloss black frame with the red oakley logo does not look very premium.The Gibston here has an oakley everyday ruby red lens. It has a bronze base tint making for a bright popping image. Prizm tech offers excellent contrast and detail enhancement. Polar lenses help with glare reduction. Excellent value for this price. It is a basic oakley with a great lens combination that does everything right! At 17% VLT this is a brighter Oakley lens and can use comfortably all day, anywhere.Does not come with a hard case which is always a miss.
