I will continue to buy these , I love that I have enough for a year, so far they have helped me so much , as I have been suffering with a lot of hair shedding due to hormonal issues , usually when I wash my hair a lot of hair comes out , and now there has been a drastic change in the amount of shedding , it’s very minimal. I know my hair will need more time to get thicker, but I’m already seeing results.

I’m a hairdresser so let me try to explain why this isn’t a magic pill and needs time and dedication for this to work.... and it does have all the right ingredients in it to work, especially as anything over 5,000 mcg of biotin consumed a day is key to its efficiency and this has 10,000 mcg in it so it is a high concentration....So hair grows in three different phases...1/ which lasts 2-7 yrs.2/ which lasts 2-3 weeks and3/ which lasts 3 months.Hair only grows on average 1/2 an inch a month so you need to allow at least 3 months for the new hair to grow through for you to see the difference... You may though see the difference first with your nails and eye lashes which grow faster and then your hair in only a month.Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin B and called vitamin H and the primary benefit of biotin for hair is that it allows stronger and healthier hair growth. Stronger hair is less likely to break off at the ends, promoting and protecting length especially for phase 1/ of hair growth.You do though need the other ingredients (vitamins and minerals) to aid hair growth combined with a healthy diet and lifestyle with regular cuts to grow your hair successfully.The container comes completely sealed and I found the tiny tablets easy to swallow with no after taste.£7.97 for a years supply is an absolute bargain!Suitable for Vegans. Great tablets, very easy to digest and swallow 👍🏻as someone who has anemia, I'm quite prone to losing a substantial amount of hair so I was quite excited to receive this. I have taken these pills for about two weeks now and noticed a little bit of a difference, not too much, however it's a good start! My hair still falls out but does not feel as weak or as brittle as it previously would! Quite happy so far👌🏻and would recommend. Will need to keep using to see further results but so far so good.

Superb value Biotin supplement
The pills are very small, flavourless and easy to swallow. You get a whole years supply in one bottle so I think this is very good value. The bottle is plastic rather than more Earth friendly glass but this seems to be par for the course for most supplements unfortunately.I am in my fifties with thinning hair and occasionally my nails split easily. I’m hoping this Biotin will help both, I certainly can’t find any evidence to suggest that it will do any harm so I am very happy to try it out. So far I have experienced no side effects, after six weeks use. My hair is looking better at the moment but I had a good haircut and colour last week so I’m not sure if it’s this or the Biotin that has made a difference. Prior to starting these tablets I took a 60 day supply of Biotin in “gummy” form which I prefer because they tasted really good and were a treat every morning but these tablets are much better value.My nails haven’t broken recently and I’m having to cut/file them again which is good. They had been damaged by a gel application which I had to peel off due to lockdown and were in poor shape at the start of this year. If you are like me and not sure if your diet contains all the necessary nutrients to keep your body in optimum condition, then sensible use of the right supplements can only be advantageous, hopefully.
