Pretty good kit for the money. After complete install, I popped the 15 amp fuse when I turned off the light switch. Turns out the rocker switch was bad. Local parts store had better quality switch in stock and fixed the problem. Other than that I would recommend because if you ever decide to put brake lights, horn, or turn signals on the cart, the wiring harness comes with the wires where others do not.

Iteem was easy to install since I had my cart apart to paint.Once everything was put together I found the right rear tail light did not function.Troubleshooting the light the wiring harness functioned properly.I requested a replacement for the one tail light,I was notified by amazon I needed to return the product in whole to get a 80% refund. I'm not going to waste my time tearing down the cart to get wiringlume and lights back for a refund that costing me money.Check product carefully for poor quality control! After amazon failed to help.I reached out to the company within 4 hours I had the light replacement .Thankyou!!!

We bought a 1997 Club Car DS electric a few weeks ago. It had aftermarket halogen lights which were in bad shape. I elected this as an upgrade. First of all, they are BRIGHT! It lights up reactive street signs from 300 feet. The fronts have an amber light channel that can be wired to a turn signal controller etc. The fronts are adjustable a few degrees for aim. The box included cutout template but my main problem with it was there was no good way to register the template to the body. So I just widened the hole that the existing lights were in. Includes a complete pre-assembled wiring harness complete with split loom, a fuse holder (fuse included), toggle switch and a scant few zip ties. I personally didn't use the harness and just ran 16AWG 2 conductor zip cord inside split loom. Each light comes with a 3 pin weatherproof molex quick connector which I did utilize. My total install time was about 2 hours. Please do use a proper 48 to 12V power supply; don't tap off of a random 12V battery. To cut the plastic body, I used a sawzall bi-metal blade with good success. Chip away slowly and test fit a dozen times until perfect. If you're not comfortable with all this, a car stereo installer should be able to install it for you.

If you have existing halogen lights the hole may be to large for the fronts top inside corner. I was refinishing my new to me cart so I was already doing body work prepping for paint. Used JB plastiweld epoxy putty to fill in the areas where the existing hole was to big. I didn’t care for the screws the kit came with and picked up some #8 stainless pan head screws and lock nuts. The harness the kit comes with has connections for a horn and turn signals but you will need the steering column mounted controls and brain to use them or get creative and add additional switches. Overall for the price and only needing the headlights and tail lights this is a good kit for the money.

The item was supposed to include a switch to turn the lights on and off. There was no switch in the package. So we had to purchase one and incur an additional expense.
