I've only had this for a day. Lens were slightly fogged (pic) out of the box but the cleaning wipes they provided eliminated most of it. They're front heavy as expected but the adjustable strap that comes with them will help secure it to your head. I tested the shielding capabilites with an AP CT scout 120 kv 10 ma (for non radiologically inclined, the white lenses indicate it's attenuating or blocking the xrays - the black around it is the xrays passing all the way through the carbon fiber table and foam cushion holding the glasses in position). They come with a zipper storage case to help keep them safe.
