I have purchased more than a few of these roller pens to apply edge paint to leather. The others have either fallen apart or were impossible to clean. This one rolls evenly and easily and was easy to clean. I am very happy with the results.

I can't believe I waited so long to get this. It cuts my edge coating time in half. Great tool!

This tool gives incredible results. At first I was worried it would drip down the sides of the leather when applying but no dripping or uneven application. I highly recommend this tool.I make holster so I need to be extremely careful about not getting any edge kote on the face or inside of the holster. This tool allows for precise application with no accidental slips. A+ just dip and roll.

While it appears to be decent quality I find that it catches sometimes and does not roll as smooth as I’d like.

Does the job for edge painting leather. Easy to clean and the bearings are far enough back to not risk getting paint in them. I did put a touch of silicone grease just in case water or something did get on that part.

I was trying to use q-tips and other tools to apply edge kote... it didn't work so well. This tool works a lot better! It's as if this tool was made for that application...

The product comes in a beautiful box. The wood of the handle is beautifully worked. The tip turns smoothly and you can feel its sturdiness and quality when using it.

I have now tried 2 of these. That’s enough chances. Garbage product. Super cheap, bent rod, too much friction, poor quality material and finish. Dont buy. There are much netter options.
