There was a mix up with my original order and I contacted the seller. They handled it quickly & went above and beyond to make it right. That's hard to find these days! That said, once I received the correct product I was really happy with how well it worked for me.I have chronic dry lips thanks to medication I take, & am trying to move away from petroleum based products. I have used and loved emu oil in the past as a general moisturizer, so this piqued my interest. I purchased this lip balm plus 2 other emu oil based balms from another well known emu oil company. This one is definitely my favorite of the 3! The other ones have emu oil down lower on the ingredient list, & feel rather waxy compared to this one. This one feels like it actually moisturizes rather than just sitting on top of my lips, but it's not so oily that it wears off really quickly. There is no flavor/smell which is great because it doesn't interfere with food & drink.My only complaint is that the packaging feels a little flimsy compared to the others, the cap seems to always take a chunk of the product off when you open it so I have to remember to roll it down into the tube after each use. I'd love if they were a bit bigger as well, but it does fit better in my pockets being smaller.

I bought this based off a recommendation by my loctician. I like the smell and the immediate relief my scalp gets when I spray it, but it dries and my locs feel stiff moments later. I'm not sure if I should use more or not, but that's been my experience.
