Nice product
The only negative I have is the base is material. This would have been better wooden so it can be moved around when it has sand in it

Grandson loved it but it had a few issues
We bought this for our 3yr old grandson who is boat mad (his Dad is a fisherman) for Christmas but it was only today that the weather was good enough to be able to build it outside for him.The instructions were simple to follow and all the parts were present, including a handy tool that was a screwdriver one end and a spanner the other. It was fairly straightforward to put together. There was one issue with the mast. The two bolts were slightly off but could be fixed, but the hole that was supposed to fix the mast to the front of the seat/storage section with a screw was totally misaligned so it couldn’t be used, which gives the mast a weakness. It’s a beautiful boat/sandpit, the colours are vibrant and our grandson absolutely loved it, but unfortunately within ten minutes of non-boisterous imaginary play, the front (bow sections where the blue prow sits between the two sides) had parted company, tearing the wood. The screws aren’t really long enough to hold the two side bits together. It was such a shame as he was so upset. We’re going to try and fix it with longer screws. We have still given it 4* because although there were those issues, it is well made and fun.

Ummm
It's nice but quite small would not say it's for a age from 3 to 6 ! More baby's up to 3 ... Like it but wouldn't highly recommend for the age it says .

Hard work
Came with a missing piece. The seller did offer a swap but I couldn’t take another whole day off work. They gave me a 20% refund so I brought the wood and made the part needed.(the back part) some of the wholes where in the wrong place and I had to make my own holes and fill in the incorrect placed holes. Which was a pain tbh and more expense. The product is a lovely toy for my toddler but there was a lot of faults which I needed to correct and at the cost of the product i shouldn’t of had to do so much. Also the instructions are very bad. Pictures unclear and no written instructions along side. If all these problems wasn’t the case I would have bin happy .

Avoid
Item arrived damaged as per pics. Wood was broken and the screws not contained. Paid £15 to return and no refund given for item or postage.

Rubbish Quality
Weak and rubbish value for money, Wish I’d just got a plastic sand pit.

Nice but not too sturdy
I liked the reviews and the photos, also the price, until I built it.The holes in places were very misaligned and the screws holding the main body were too short and came apart when moved. It was a struggle to build this sandpit, which is a shame as a bit of care from the distribution place would have made all the different to detail and easiness to assemble.I've complained as it's been bought but I feel it's not worth the money, probably why it's been reduced somewhat.
