These are perfect for meal prep as they fit about one serving. The glass is way healthier than plastic containers! I recommend microwaving without the lids as the lids do get a little melty if microwaved

I store leftovers in the fridge and then microwave when ready, just remember to not use the lid in the microwave.

When I ordered this item I didn't know I had a bad case of the flu. When this arrived, I was very sick and these didn't get opened until over four weeks later. One of these containers has a chip on the rim making it completely unusable. Of the five that I use, they are fantastic. I battled with my four star review being that I should have checked the product when it arrived. Then, I decided the damaged one should never have shipped in the first place. When you receive these great containers take your finger tip and slowly trace the lip of each one for imperfections.

I thought I had ordered a larger size bowl but im afraid I didn’t. At first, I thought I should send them back, but then I decided to keep them and I’m very glad. There are times when you just need a smaller bowl with a lid and these are really perfect. I like the fact that they are glass and that whatever is placed in them will be kept colder than in a plastic bowl. I really like them
