Can this be use continuously to power a 15w mosquito trap?

15watts / 110 volt fly trap is well under peak handling. I would expect this to be fine. I would always watch . listen . and feel the temperature, of any new device, especially temperature, warm probably ok, hot or smell NOT.

My electric is 220 ! My mixer is 110. I need transformer adapter . Is write one

I would expect an audio mixer to be over 100 watts, , so probably too much. If you mean cement mixer, definitely NOT.safe you should ask your local plant hire company what transformer to use.
