To more fully comprehend this book, however, one needs to read "Ink and Honey", which is the story of this life, as lived out in the 13th century. I love this book and have read it a number of times. In fact I read from it each day and also do the suggested exercises. It's become an ongoing daily practice for me. I love the women in the book. Each one is unique and has lessons to teach me. I also love the companion book, "Ink and Honey." For me, these books and the women in them are my treasured friends.
