Screen quality is perfect,Camera is good quality I was skeptical after reading reviews but it arrived on time. Look's brand new and feels new. I highly recommend!!

I had the phone for the last month and there is no issue whatsoever.The Battery life is great and everything works just like a brand new phone.

Bought this s21 in 2024 and it still runs super smoothly. The battery health is good enough to last a day and a half. Unfortunately it will only be getting another year of major and security updates. The camera is great for everyday pictures, but does not do macro well. It can game decently well, but overheats. The only noticeable use from the previous owner are the scratches all around the phone, but it’s nothing a case won’t cover up.

I took over two weeks to finally have time to set up the phone since I work 12 hours a day, spend another 3-6 hours in the gym, and normal life responsibilities. I finally set it up and I was doing ride shares as a driver and the phone went to a Grey scale. No color. The volume went out on it and I couldn't hear anything on apps or the GPS which has me illegally holding a phone which got me a ticket for it trying to navigate and cost me $171 so zero stars for this phone being called excellent. I will just buy a new one this seller didn't provide an honest product. The battery dies quickly and it always has to be attached to the charger. I had a Walmart moto 5 g phone while I was waiting on this to arrive and it worked better and longer than this one. You have to restart it to bring the color back and then it goes right back out. I restarted before the review and it was in color until the first sentence. I'm glad I have the other between phone or I'd be missing work tonight again costing more income. Buyer beware. This is a nightmare. I wanted this phone so I could use the camera for my tiktoks since that mogo g camera stinks and is fuzzy, the camera on this is nice but filming in black and white isn't it. Then I can't even access tiktok from this. Asks me to give an ID and credit card but I can access it from everything on tiktok from the old phone and computer. I don't know why this was sold other than to trick someone out of their money but lesson learned. Never a rebuilt or refurbished phone. I'll pay full price for a new one from the original company.

Thank goodness. My phone flew off my car and the screen was completely smashed. I really like this phone and it was a good price. Zero issues. Would buy again.

Overall this is an ok value. Phone functions well with pretty standard features. Feels very cheaply made and is much lighter (not in a good way) than other Samsung phones. Battery life is terrible and I generally had to charge it twice a day. Screen/picture quality is good. I give it a C rating
