I love how all the chemical companies pushing their "it only shortens the duration, it doesn't get rid of symptoms." Well, guess what? Getting rid of symptoms is masking them. There are plenty of ways our immune system makes germs unhappy. Mucus, fevers, chills, and many others are your body's way of getting rid of the bad guys. Sure, they are uncomfortable, but as long as they remain mild, they don't need to be gotten rid of. Umcka has been my family's go to cold partner for more than a decade. IT WORKS! I wasn’t sure bc I’ve always taken Tylenol cold and flu every 4-6 hrs for 3 days straight during a cold but this stuff works waaaay better- I’m shocked actually. Tastes just like lemonade- I drank it cold- and when I ran out I could see a huge difference on how I felt- sucked. I looked for more locally but none to be found. So I’m going to stock up on here. My colds strength was shorten by severity only- it still lasted 4 or 5 days but was no where near the strength of regular colds taking the Tylenol. NEVER did I not sleep bc of stopped up nose- I literally could breathe the entire cold! AMAZING!!!

Love this product. It really helps when you have a cold. My symptoms ease up and I get over my cold much quicker when I take it

This product does help reduce cold symptoms when they first appear. I prefer the Hot Drink because it is refreshing.
