What a lovely set. The tiles, being melamine rather than the standard plastic, have a very nice, weighty feel. The panda jokers are adorable, too! The set has a thoughtful array of accessories included, such as a pretty quilted bag that holds everything just perfectly. There’s a special wrap to hold each of the sturdy wood racks (I won’t worry that I’m going to break these like I do with my plastic racks). The tiles have two storage options—two quilted pouches, or two trays (that have a quilted wrap of their own). And to top everything off, there’s a set of standard flower tiles, OR you can choose to use the additional set of butterfly flowers that is also provided. Truly, you can’t go wrong with these!

So happy with my Linda Li American Mah Jongg Set The Artisan Collection: Butterfly Series. The detail on the butterflies is outstanding and I love the wooden racks and pushers. The pushers attach with magnets and can be kept separately from the racks. The pandas are adorable. The case for storing holds everything and I could place the tiles in the two quilted bags that came with the set rather than the trays. My set came within 5 days after it was ordered and the packaging was perfect.While I would not normally spend this much for a mah jongg set, I appreciated the 25% coupon that was made available to us. This Linda Li American Mah Jongg Set is brilliant! The tiles are crisp and beautifully painted. The birch racks are well crafted and sturdy with magnetic pushers. The set comes with set bag, tile trays and extra tile bags, rack holders, 166 tiles (which includes 4 extra blank tiles and 2 extra jokers), a bag of coins, betting cube, dice, and a Mah Jongg Primer. A terrific value. This set will be an heirloom.

This is a beautiful Mah Jongg set that arrived a day early (Amazon was fast!)! There are quilted cases for everything and they close with velcro to keep everything secure. The wood racks have individual sleeves to protect them from banging against each other. The tiles are a little larger than the other cheaper sets I have and have a nice weight to them. I love the design of the swan one bam, panda jokers, and butterfly flowers. The quilted carrying bag even has a zippered pocket inside for your MJ card. A quality product that I will enjoy playing with for years to come. Thank you!

I recently purchased this beautiful Linda Li set with the added benefit of a discount which was from the Facebook page of Mah Jong That's It. I originally purchased the ivory set a couple of years ago when a different promotion was advertised on the MJTI facebook page. I love both of the sets. The tiles are easy to read. The carry all bag and the tile bags are beautifully done. The wood bettor is so different and unique. There is even an instruction book with the set. Please note that this is a beautiful set and may be enjoyed for many generations.

Two of the tile pushers were unglued when we unwrapped the set. On several tiles the paint is not very defined. We spent the extra money because of the quality we were expecting. Better to buy the lower price Linda Li sets which I own two and they are great.

I have heard so many good things about this set - and it did not disappoint! I am a MJ teacher and have many sets, from vintage to modern, economy to luxury. This set is really just perfect - beautiful art work, racks, bag - a set to be proud of, but at a price that doesnt break the bank! Five plus stars!!!

I love the Panda jokers, the swan 1 bams and, of course, the butterfly flowers. The bags are beautiful, as are the beech wood racks and pushers. I also love the feel of the tiles, made of melamine, rather than plastic. Altogether I am so happy that this Linda li set became available with a special offer from Johni Levine and Mah Jongg that's It.
