I have used this product for a few years especially when it comes to health and fitness, contest preparation. This MPA product gives you energy and helps with your midsection, helps burn calories if your serious about your health and training. I am losing my midsection but I am also on a healthy diet regimen and I exercise faithfully for optimum results.

I ordered this little guy based on a recommendation from my nutrition coach (Olympian Winner more times than we can count). Why haven't I know about this gem before 2020?! Game Changer!!!I took it before heading into the gym (per the directions) as mixed in with a cup of coffee (probably a little contrary) but hey it's the Hot Cocoa flavor so why not right ;-) .After a solid stairmill warm-up I took it for a test run on leg day. AMAZING.Hooked, done, sold, repeat customer!Head's-up the container is small, the little scoop even smaller. Seemed it lasted about 70 minutes.Enjoy!

It’s hard to tell a difference because I take many supplements.. probably too many! I’m decreasing my supplements but will be keeping this one. I have no negative side effects and have been building muscle while losing body fat. It may or may not be because of this product but there’s overall benefits with using this. I will be purchasing another one soon.

Didn't realize the size of the bottle and not only that it's filled only halfway full especially for the price

I must say i was impressed with Cortisolve. I have a very stressful job as a a fitness center General manager and it did sustain me while I was on it. Will definitely order again.

I am using this supplement through my 'peak week' before my fitness show (so far so good). Peak week is notoriously stressful-that last push. I'll update in 8 days as to how my stress levels were (and post exercise cortisol release) and if I retained any water in my legs due to the long workouts and stress induced this week. 👍🏼

Tastes very good

Delicious and easy to use. Seems to really help to buffer fatigue during hard strength training workouts and also seems to have helped me lean out a bit, which I really struggle to do.
