Yes, it isn’t centered…
… to the engine cover. But it is centered on the frame itself (at least for my 757). This JD mower has a frame that’s offset about an inch to the left. If the mounting plate on the hitch was “flipped,” it would be centered on the cover, offset in the frame. I’m slightly OCD with these things, but imagine it won’t really affect towing a leaf vac.

They bolt on easily, hitch is off set to one side a little no big deal, but only use for very light work hooked up a 5'X10' trailer and it folded in half! I do not recommend!!! Build your own...

JOHN DEERE LIME GREEN! BUT I LOVE IT!!
Times are tough folks... hard to find JD green paint, but this looks great on the mower and works amazing, even if it's a shade too light. We all got a good laugh when we unboxed it.. friends said I got JUAN Deere green! Lol A+ would buy again

Great hitch. Bolts right on and looks great. Comes with 1/2” hole for ball, drilled out to 3/4” and it’s perfect. Installs in about 5 minutes. Very simple. Super satisfied customer. Thank you.

Good Product
I had lost the hitch part of this assembly. I tried to contact the seller to see if I could buy just that part. I have this hitch and work great and had for several years. Would have been a 5 star but seller never responded back to advise if I could purchase part. Received new hitch assembly and then found the old hitch in the yard. Shipping is too much to return.
