Works awesome if you have allergies this unit helps clear out dust, pollen, and animal dander,and mold.

I bought the unit about 2 months ago. I would recommended this product to anybody who has allergies problem. I used to take antihistamine medication once a day before I got FreshAir. I don't have to take it anymore because FreshAir helps for my health problem and I can sleep better. I like to smell fresh air in my house. The price is a little bit high but it worth my money what I pay for.

Would give less that one star if I could. I found out after purchasing and a phone call to the seller that these were built to meet California Ozone standards and therefore, like our family, you will be disappointed in their effectiveness at removing odors in your home. I bought this to replace a fresh air unit that LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE this one. It was made many years ago. HOWEVER they are NOT the same. Very disappointing. The unit was returned and the company did issue a refund after an Amazon A to Z claim was filed.

Cleaner seems to do a decent job. Was not thrilled about no warranty.

My husband didn't think we needed one of these because we have ion purifiers in our A/C units. But I convinced him because I thought it would help with cooking odors. I cook fish frequently and also use a lot of spices, and the smells tend to linger for a day or two. I set up the FreshAir Surround in the family room, which is the most central spot of the first floor. I turned it on and let it go to work. When my husband came home later that day, he remarked that the house smelled fresh. Since I've had it, we don't have a problem with the cooking odors lasting for days. In fact, there is no smell at all. It does what the ion purifiers in the A/C/ couldn't do. And I really like the fresh smell...like after a rainfall. We also have two dogs and you would never know it from smell alone.An additional plus is that the unit looks really nice--in any decor--and it is a quality made product. I would definitely recommend.

Within 30 minutes of turning it on and gave me a splitting headache even when I was in the other room. This unit is entirely inappropriate residential use. The fact that it's not allowed in California or Canada probably should've clued me in that it's not terribly safe. You could not pay me to have one of these running in my home. I'm going back to my old school HEPA filters.

I had one just like it for years worked great so I know what it's supposed to do and this one doesn't work at all
