How many buttons can register a press? Do the analog sticks press down and us it just 1 set of shoulder buttons?

There are A, B, X, Y buttons. 2 shoulder buttons on each side (front and back) and the two front ones can glow red. Both analog sticks can also be clicked. And there is a Start and Select button on the bottom right. I will say, the GamePad is not as big as I thought it would be. I am a 6-foot guy, so the GamePad feels really small in my hands. Sometimes it's a little uncomfortable to hold because of how small is. Personally, I would recommend one of those Gamepad that looks like an actual game controller. They seem a lot more comfortable and don't waste battery as fast.

Most importantly , does pubg support ???

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.chaozhuo.gameassistant This app will allow you to map your on screen Pubg controls to the moto gamepad. It's not 100 percent perfect, but it gives you a significant advantage over players using touch screen controls. I come out on top almost every game.

Does this work with the moto z play?

Yes from z play to z2 or after they promess compatibility
