I bought these to help encourage me to exercise. I needed easy to use exercise ideas. These are perfect! I pick 3+ cards every night and workout. It has become fun picking the cards and trying a new workout every night! The cards give more info than the posters. I would recommend just buying the cards unless you have a gym.
