Ok, so what is the trick to getting the protective film off???? I’ve been trying to a solid hour and cannot get any edge started!

I found it difficult as well. The first thing I did was get one of my sharp knives and then worked at getting it under the edge in the inner part one of the holes. That worked pretty well but it still took me a few minutes to peel off each side. The next thing I tried was using my fingernail on the surface near the top edge and scratched until it started to pucker then I was able to get under it easier with a knife. Good Luck!

Do these still fog your glasses when wearing a mask or is that what this is mitigates?

It still fogs glasses in cold weather and the shield itself fogs the whole mask in winter. I bought it to visit my Mom in lockdown, because she has to read lips. We have to visit thru a window. Fogs up so much she cant see me or my lips. Otherwise in side they are great.
