Q: I wear size 38 jeans and they fit correctly. The size chart says i should be ordering a medium?!?! That would be a first! Can anyone verify this?!

I wear size 34 jeans, and bought the mediums and they fit well, not too tight. I wouldn't recommend buying mediums for a size over 34, they would be too tight.

Q: Oh no ! My waist is 35", which size is suitable for me, M or L ?

I personally would go with a Large. If you want really tight boxers (or you are pretty skinny with a 35 waist) then go with the Medium.
