Good quality, great value
These are good quality longvida curcumin capsules that work out cheaper than other brands I've used. The 400mg capsules are smaller than usual so easier to swallow if you struggle with this. The packaging and branding is decent and I'll be using these again when I need to order more.

Felt not much different but not bad
Unlike another Longvida Tumeric product from Ingenious that cost more I felt not much on this one. I wish it worked like the other Longvida product . I gave 3 stars because this is good value for money the price compared to the other one .

It works
Been taking this twice a day and definitely noticed a difference in any body aches after a workout. I am also taking this for cancer to keep inflammation down. I do notice a difference when I am not using it, so will continue with it.

Good product
I switched to this product when the one we regularly got wasn't available - it seems to be of good quality & helps reduce inflammation. We use it as a supplement for our daughter so have to open the capsules to use the powder - it does stain but it works.

Best value Longvida curcumin
If you are looking to take a curcumin supplement you should always look for Longvida brand, as it is far more bio-available in your body than normal curcumin. This product is the best value Longvida curcumin I have found on Amazon.
