Ummmm….I understand if I buy something the English on the direction may be A BIT difficult to understand, buuuuut, the exact words for step number one on the roof rail part was, and I am not exaggerating, “demolition of the original car roof pimp” above a picture of the rail. A series of bizarre directions followed that showed pictures of the parts with gibberish. The most understandable direction was the last by summing up the final step with, “support of the plug is on the second floor rack holes within“. So you get my drift. There is a YouTube video that someone made that is extremely helpful in the comments.

Good solid rack, especially for the price. Instructions are incomprehensible, but it's not that hard to install. No force is needed. Take your time. All pieces fit and the tool included does the job, but you will need a 10 mm socket. For rail: longer locking piece goes forward in the roof slot. Front cross bar is longer. Larger rounded end of bar faces forward, like an airplane wing.Good luck! from Coast Mom

This is a very good product, but please do not underestimate the complexity of installing it.Look for expert assistance to install it, and if you do it, take time to study and understand each and every piece that it comes with it.

So...when you open the box, throw out the instructions. They are poorly translated from whatever language they were written in in the first place. Watch the installation videos...and watch them again.I laughed at one review where the person had this professionally installed. Until I got to installing mine. If you can afford it, have it installed by a professional. It was a pain in the a$$.It appears to be pretty sturdy, though. For the price it seems to be well made. I haven't used it yet. I'll follow up when I do.

It doesn't seem to fit my Honda HRV 2021. It appears too wide. Does anyone have experience with this??

Super difficult to put on.. instructions bot helpful.. holes doesn't lined up..spend a bit more for a better product..

The media could not be loaded.  Likes: Looks good when completed.Dislikes: as others said, instructions were poor. It took me about an hour to figure out and install. One nut also came in the wrong size.I added a video to help others with the install process. The socket size is a 10mm. I hope it helps.

Was it easy? Heck no. The instructions were SO bad. Only a qualified mechanic can put them on. All the pieces were there but it was insanely difficult. I really thought I could do it myself, but heck no. They work and are a good deal but only if you have someone to install them.
