Gibson Soho Lounge Square Reactive Glaze Stoneware Dinnerware Set, Service for 4 (16pc), Aqua Blue

I love how well made these are and the weight of them in hand ! I did received one with a broken bowl but they fixed the situation and the made me even more pleased !

First impressions: these sure is purdy. The set looks just as nice in person as it does in the photos. Everything was well packed and intact when I got it out of the box. The plates and bowls feel sturdy, especially when compared to the Maine Stayes brand from Walle Marte that I was using.

The plates were exactly what I was looking for and match my backsplash and paint.I really like the square look to them and were made with quality in mind!

I order 2 sets of 4 servings and they arrived in great shape as it was packaged well. Nothing was broken or cracked. They are microwave and dishwasher safe. I have become a huge fan of stoneware and these dishes do not disappoint.

I had put this on our wedding registry to update our old set. We received one set so we purchased the ones sets that we needed. They look very nice, the bowls seem to keep the food a lot warmer than our old set. One thing I would say about the bowls is they don't stack very well, so it takes more space in the cabinet. Otherwise it's a very nice set. I did give it only 4 stars since I was putting a cup in the dishwasher and it fell from my hand (about a 3 inch drop), and it broke the handle. It was my fault, and hit just right on the handle, but was hoping they would stand up slightly better.

The media could not be loaded.  We had similar style that we bought at Walmart 8 years ago...and I loved them. However we remodeled our kitchen and wanted new dishes that matched the colors. We looked and looked and I found these. I didn't want solid black. I preferred all white but I just didn't see any white that I liked that was affordable. I came across these and they fit the bill. Price was affordable (I needed 2 sets) and the color suited my husband who wanted black. Now, the white is a little more beige/cream than it is white, but it still fits with our decor. I have washed by hand, but haven't used them in dishwasher yet...I hope they dry without water spots. I am pleased with them overall. They were packed very well...good and tight....no cracks or scratches. I feel these will last just as long or more.

I thought I would be disappointed because they said matte but they have a sheen to it

Have had the first set for 2 yrs now, the second ... a year. No breakage or chipping at all ... ZERO. Most surprising maybe the mugs. I typically have found the mugs in these type of sets not to my liking. We actually use them and ... LIKE ... them !!

They look nice. They only have a few details in the finishes but I would buy them again
