I bought these back in May, as it nears end of July I am nearly at an empty jar. I may have forgotten to take this eveery day as I have about 10-14 days worth left but I have seen a slight improvement. I have an autoimmune disease which has resulted in hairloss and rather bad skin so I wasn't expecting miracles, however, after increasing my daily amount of protein and taking these capsules my nails have got stronger and I feel like my hair is a little stronger. I even have a couple of baby hairs growing (but this is also due to my medication).If like me you're experiencing hair loss then I would suggest not taking these on their own. Look at your diet and see if you can improve there as well as talking to your GP or Dermatologist.Customer service is fantastic, really can't fault them. They sent me a card through the post a month or so after I bought this and offered me a free product just for being a customer.As they are vegan and each jar lasts two months, I will be including this as a permanent staple of my routine.

I received the Biotin capsules within a couple of days of ordering, the packaging was good. The capsules are small and easy to swallow with no nasty taste. I can not comment as to how they affect my hair and nails yet as only been taking a couple of days but I am hopeful that they will improve my dry rigid nails and improve the condition of my hair.

Done alot of research into products to use for my dry brittle nails, these worked so well. After about two weeks, they were growing quicker and stonger. Brilliant product.

This was recommended in a book about the menopause. Good for hair thinning at this stage in a woman's life. Makes hair thicker & fuller, takes a few months to work. Easy to take supplement in your daily routine.

I’m optimistic but yet to see any benefits…I used to take juice plus pills which were fab but broke then bank.I have really fine, thin hair and conscious it’s going to all fall out one day.I’m hoping this will help my hair get stronger and thicker but we will see…

I moved from the US to the UK and wanted to find a comparable alternative to the biotin that I usually ordered from home. This one is a perfect fit with some non-negotiables of mine like vegan, cruelty-free, and completely free from synthetic fillers and binders, artificial colours and flavours, glucose, lactose, nut traces and soya. On top of that one bottle lasts for 2 months and this is a very affordable bottle - my previous one cost twice as much so I'm super happy. I take these daily and my nails and hair are super strong. I attribute it to daily biotin supplementing for the last several years. Definitely recommend!

To see what effect they have on my body, I think I will have to complete the course of the bottle’s contents. Will update you in due course, I like the bottle’s black label makes it easy to find. J.

I have been experiencing a lot of hair loss recently. It has been just a few weeks since I started using the product and I can see an improvement. Capsules are easy to swallow and I like the fact that hey are vegan. Great product!! I would recommend it
