Can u use it under foundation?

Yes I do sometimes and it reads that can but I wouldn’t do too much it’s extremely moisturizing unless you have super dry skin I wouldn’t recommend it too often.

How is this different from Eucirins green tinted “daily lotion” in their redness relief line of products?

The difference is o they both control the redness but the tinted one hides the redness.

No, not really. The idea is that green and red make brown. Once it is on your skin it doesn’t look green at all.
