Ed got a bit too large around the middle for his last harness so I bought him another bigger one of the same sort. His old one of these lasted well and still really doesn't have any wear on it. They are escape proof and strong. I would definitely recommend them. As far as sizing goes I think you just have to make a guess if you have an odd shaped mut, but they adjust quite a lot. He is a long barrel shape, short legged, large jack russell type dog which is probably no good for reference!

I bought this for the car but thought I would try it for an hour or so to let my greyhound get used to it. It is well made, strong and comfy. She walks on a lead but I will feel safer with this on her attached to the seat belt when we go out.

Great harness that fits out lurcher well. Lots of adjustment points, although guess work on our part as to the best placement for the straps and how tight to make them. Properly reflective which is a massive plus (& one of the main reasons I chose this) and the orange stands out well in the daytime. Not sure how well the material will hold out against regular contact with hedges, etc., but is doing well so far after a couple of months. The handle is spot on & really useful & the lead clip is solid and secure. The harness fits well over a fleece or coat (the Cosipet Greyhound Hunter's lead hole is too far forward to comfortably have the harness under the coat) and I'd so far absolutely recommend it at this price point (<30).

My whippet cross was a great escape artist. She was able to easily wriggle out of her harness without an issue, however, this harness completely rids her of that quite dangerous ability.I was very relieved to find that it could fit my whippet cross as they've got quite a different body type to many dogs and whippet harnesses tend to be quite a bit more expensive for tiny little straps. This was able to tighten around her stomach without being too tight anywhere else. Great fit.Currently, we have not had an escape and she's taken from fleeing to now jumping up into my arms which is definitely much better.The handle is also very handy, I can easily lift her over any broken glass or giant puddles and am certain that if I ever needed to lift her over something she was unable to scale with ease the handle would hold her perfectly.As you can see, it's also quite reflective.From my searching this is definitely the best harness for the price, though I did get mine on sale for around about £28, which I noticed seems to be the usual sale price every so often, so keep an eye out and maybe wait a little if you want to save a few pounds.

Finally found a harness that fits after going through countless. My dog is a cocker spaniel and long in the body, not the best on the lead so needed something that was sturdy, fits well without having to adjust all the straps and is comfortable. Ticks all the boxes!

I ordered this harness for my Cocker Spaniel puppy who is 4 months old. The reviews were great and although my puppy has never tried to escape her harness I was concerned as the trainer at puppy class said all the puppies were wearing harnesses that they could easily back out of. This harness is a great fit, light and soft enough for a puppy and has a convenient handle to grab when recalling your puppy, much easier than fumbling around for a collar. My puppy wears it all day, snoozes with it on and loves it. You must make time to adjust all the straps for a good fit to prevent biting which may cause the straps to fray. I had an issue with a fraying strap so I emailed Belpro direct and sent photos, they quickly returned my email and immediately sent another harness free of charge which arrived within a few days. The only negative is that it does not prevent my puppy from pulling on the lead, however, we are currently training her to walk on a lead and this takes months of training. Every day's a training day!I would totally recommend this harness, my sister bought one for her five year old Cavapoo having tried mine on her dog.

Based upon the size chart I ordered a medium for my shiba, but when it arrived it was much heavier than her old step-in harness and even adjusted to be as small as possible, the chest was still a little loose. So I ordered a small and it was much lighter and more comfortable for her. I took comparison photos to show the size difference; the straps and buckles are actually wider on the medium in addition to the overall size being larger. I wish the small were a little longer, or that there was a “long dog” option, but other than that it fits securely and isn’t much heavier than her previous step-in harness, which was not escape-proof and which could cause her to choke if she pulled too hard.The quality is very nice, it seems solid and well-made. It helped with her pulling somewhat and seemed to distribute the weight across her chest better than her old harness. The chest and stomach straps are padded at the pressure points so it seems more comfortable than the nylon-strap style harnesses. Although I wouldn’t try to pick her up with the handle, it is a nice extra option for restraining her if something happens or even helping her into the car.Aesthetically I am really pleased as the color is a little more teal than the product photos and happens to match her collar and leash perfectly. I put off upgrading her harness because I’m not a fan of the “tactical” look that escape-proof harnesses have, but I think the color and light grey padding help in making this look more like a normal harness and not “my dog is on a rescue mission in the mountains and/or an uncontrollable hellbeast”.Both M and S shown in photos. My dog’s measurements: Neck 13” (snug, she wears a 14” collar); Chest 21”; Tummy 16.5”; Back length 16”. She’s about 22 lbs. Hope this helps others determine which size to buy!

Not saying that this was a bad product, however, my 100lbs Rottweiler this did not last but a day. It broke where you would clip the leash. Probably would not recommend for large breed dogs

Il materiale è robusto, ed il colore (rosa) molto piacevole, è facile da infilare e la maniglia è super utile, lei si sente più sicura, io posso aiutarla nel salire/scendere le scale e ad alzarsi. Abbiamo preso la XL. Le fasce tutte con imbottitura e facilmente regolabili, non comprimono la pancia, e per chi è interessato alla taglia, ma poggiano sulla cassa toracica. La fascia triangolare anteriore è un'ottima soluzione per non comprimere il collo nel caso la debba sollevare. Il cane anziano, come tutti gli anziani, cammina lentamente e il fatto che questa pettorina sia riflettente, è un'ottima soluzione soprattutto quando si attraversano le strade. Arrivata puntualmente :-)
