Q: What AC voltage does this run on?

The FF46H itself is Single Pole (meaning just one "hot" wire), so that's 110-120v. The easy way to tell is that on the product site, you see it's a "SPST" type (Single Pole, Single Throw). 208v is achieved by running two "hot" wires. If you have a 208v load (like some heaters), there are several "DPST" options to choose from (Dual Pole, Single Throw)

Q: Can I use this for a thermostat? IE low voltage wiring?

Yes, it is just dry contacts. The timer is a spring loaded clock, it runs when you wind it to how long you want something to be on or off. Putting it in a thermostat 24 volt control would be fine if you want to just allow the thermostat to control something for the time it is turned to. You can get this timer in many max hours from 1 to 12 or longer. One thing is that when you turn it to the time you want, you cannot turn it backwards down to a lesser time.
