Will these spoons tarnish?

Mine look exactly like they did when I bought them more than 6 months ago. I do not put them in the dishwasher

Are these teaspoons? Or tablespoon? Does anyone know the volume?

It says teaspoon in description. I measured from a measuring spoon. It’s a tiny pinch shy of a teaspoon. It’s so close in my opinion , would say a teaspoon!!
