love this - it's my third one in 6 years!
It's a simple device that saves you huge amounts of time getting out the electric tools and sorting out which blade to use. I use this for everything. It chops salad items a treat and makes a really nice coleslaw. The only thing I would say is that the guard on top is pretty rubbish. I found that it prevent me from slicing in a straight way and I tend to waste a lot of the veg. On the first one I bought, I decided to get a protective glove for using blades. I wear it all the time now rather than using the guard and it allows me freedom to slice right down to the end of the vegetable without slicing my hands.

Quite useful
It is a nice to have kitchen tool. It can slice the vegetables really nice and thin. It is easy to use, you do not need to use too much force to slice. The material also is top.

Vraiment superbe
Moi qui chercher une mandoline pour faire de fines tranches ,et surtout de la julienne pour les préparations pour la soupe,ou bien pour préparer des légumes différents .Je suis heureuse d'avoir enfin trouver cette mandoline .Merci Beaucoup .
