I wasn't sure how user friendly the set up would be. My techie son said it was a breeze. We have a military family situation. Anyone in the family that wants to send pics to frame has to load the app and create a username and password- no card info etc.... Once they are in the app, it's easy to select pics from phone. Upload and hit send. They arrived on his frame within seconds! Exactly what we wanted. Also had weather station on home screen which is cool.

I’ve never gotten a digital picture frame before and I was really nervous to purchase one. This picture frame is quite honestly one of the best purchases I have ever made in my ENTIRE life. I’ve always struggled with wanting to put many photo frames in my house for guests to see, and now this single frame can portray many photos at the control of my phone! The quality is amazing and I highly recommend it as a birthday or Christmas gift to anyone in need of a photo frame that will depict MANY photos!

Bought this for the wife, the whole family sent pictures so I bought my daughters both one for Christmas. Highly recommended.

Product flat out does not work. No matter what I tried. I loaded an SD card and tried to upload pictures. The SD card does not lock and I had to hold it in against the contacts. I tried to use the USB interface and the USB port will not allow the USB cable to enter. I tried using OpenPhoto and had trouble. When I tried a second time from an Iphone and IPAD and found it would not accept the password. I tried to reset the password and a screen came up with asking for a new password and a verification code only no verification code was sent. I then tried to use the PC Control to enter ftp and the instructions do not allow me to get to the device and upload pictures. I have ordered an Android USB cable in the hopes that will work. Literally tried every way I could think of to upload pictures without success. I purchased for one for myself and each of my children. Never been more disappointed with a product!!

1. Pics either have to be cropped to the frame size or you'll see blurred out bars on the sides of your pics. It looks bad this way, and I don't want to crop every single pic, especially if I allow family members to send pics.2. The software is weak. There's only one album, so all pics are jumbled together, no way to sort or take pics out of rotation without deleting them and reinstalling later.3. Auto-rotate works inconsistently. I know most people won't plan on flipping it constantly, but if it's an offered feature, it should work.4. Instructions are good when it comes to uploading pics. Using the frame is all trial and error.5. The customer service QR didn't work. It kept saying my Amazon order # was wrong, even though I copy/pasted it.It was a Prime Day deal, but still not worth the price paid. I returned it after wasting an hour figuring it out.

I bought this for my office to have some photos at work and I really like it. The process to get it set up can be a little difficult but not if you use the manual. The manual tells you exactly what to do so I recommend just following it versus trying to figure it out yourself. The main think I like about this is that you don’t have to pay a subscription fee like some of the competitors. I think it’s overall a great product.

Love love love this e frame. This frame is just perfect. Me and my kids and anyone I want can send pictures to my frame. Sometimes I just sit and watch pics go by. Love it!

Bought this gift for my parents so they can see pictures of their grandkids. It’s super easy to use. I can add photos and so can other people in our family and it gets sent directly to the frame from the app on our phones. Can’t wait to buy one for our living room!
