Works like a charm compared to the Stock
After receiving my IMS H28 Basket, I can say that I'm blown away by the shots I can pull. After looking at the hole quality, it definitely is an improvement over the stock Breville baskets that I use on my Breville Bambino. With a larger capacity of 21 grams, I'm able to use more coffee and achieve a fuller, more flavorful shot. The water is also distributed more evenly, resulting in a well-balanced espresso with a rich crema. I dose from 18-22 depending on the beans I get. I highly recommend the IMS H28 basket for anyone looking to take their espresso game to the next level.TLDR:Pros:Better water channelingAllows for bigger dosageHigher quality compared to stock Breville basketUnpressurized and works best with Bottomless portafiltersEasy to cleanCons:A little bit expensiveNot that manyOverall, please get this basket for your Breville. The stock basket can only really pull with 14g which leads to really acidic pulls if you want 2 oz shots.

No complaints but updated complaint
UPDATE: While the IMS basket still works well and I have no problems with it in use, I recently ordered a Normcore magnetic dosing funnel to help with getting ground coffee into the basket as well as using a WDT tool and I find that the IMS basket is not magnetic. D'oh! So I need to replace the IMS with something that the magnets will stick to. Baskets are generally not that expensive so it's not that big a deal but it's something you should know if you intend to get a magnetic dosing funnel. Otherwise get the ones that affix with locking tabs instead. This basket fits my aftermarket bottomless portafilter perfectly and seems to work very well. I do watch the shot as it comes out of the basket and, though I do get some channeling now and then, when I get the grind and tamp just right, the IMS basket distributes the shot evenly across the bottom and seems to pour a very nice shot with good crema. So it clearly works well.I can't see anything to complain about it so I'm quite happy with my purchase. It was also reasonably priced. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to try an aftermarket basket.

Love Double Shots, but now using a puck screen?
I got this for my Breville BES840XL and this is the second filter basket I've gotten from this brand and it's been a great experience both times. But I'm not going to lie, but I do wish they had a slightly larger basket than this for the 54mm size. Because I love the basket I got from them for my Delonghi machine: The IMS Precision Competition Series 20-25g Filter Basket. The size is big enough that it's able to compensate for the smaller 51mm portafilter size by having so much more height, and my Delonghi machine has less bars of pressure vs my Breville. So the larger basket makes up for it allowing it to make a very strong shot. But when it comes to this 18-22 g basket, while it's not quite as big as I'd like, it is still worth getting. If you are like me and are used to doing double shots of espresso and recently starting using a puck screen but realize with the space it takes up that you can't use quite as much coffee grounds in your shot? This is definitely for you, because with this I can use a small touch more coffee grounds while being able to use a puck screen to help with evening the extraction and making the cleanup process easier. With this it feels like I don't have to choose between which compromises I'd prefer to make. So now I'm back to using my Breville over my Delonghi.

Good, not precision
I got the H24 and the H28 to try with the bambino. They are shown along side the stock pressurized two cup basket. The stock basket has a taper that lets it clear the plastic insert in the stock portafilter. For either the H24 or H28 to fit, the plastic insert must be removed. The IMS baskets are a tight fit, which makes it difficult to get the basket in and out of the portafilter. For a product that claims to be precision, I was surprised that the the hole pattern was off-center by a good millimeter.

I wasn't sure if this would actually improve anything...fits Solis Barista Perfetta Plus perfectly
Bottom-line - I hadn't bought the hype on IMS baskets...until now. I honestly fully intended on using it once or twice and returning it - underwhelmed. Anyway...Physically, this fit great in my stock Solis portafilter with the plastic piece removed. Some claiming it is too tight, I don't have that experience. When installing in the machine, I didn't notice any extra resistance, I actually thought it was easier to lock in than my other aftermarket basket. Not sure what the person is doing that said it didn't fit their Perfetta Plus - can confirm, it fits.I have a really nice aftermarket basket setup I got with a bottomless portafliter, and I honestly would have told you it was the same thing as an IMS basket until I compared them side by side. The difference is pretty noticeable, which surprised me. Now onto the shot I pulled - I couldn't believe I noticed an actual difference. Not only was it less harsh, it seemed to flow quite a bit better, to the point I thought I had channeling(pressure was still consistent though). I inspected the puck and it looked totally fine and the shot was very well balanced(I have been stirring lately, thanks James Hoffmann lol). Very excited to keep using this - I think I can grind a bit finer as well.

Excellent quality, not the most magnetic
Excellent basket which has drastically improved my shot quality. Used in combination with a MHW-3BOMBER 54mm bottomless portafilter. Be aware that the basket is only mildly magnetic. My dosing funnel adheres, albeit a little loosely. But you're probably not planning to flip the whole contraption upside down anyways.

Well made, good size
This basket fits perfectly and provides a nice uniform flow. I like that it has some room to vary the dose from 18 to 22g. It seems well made and works great with a 54 mm Breville machine.

Does not fit my Bambino
The description says it will fit a Bambino Plus but it wasn't even close. Returning this one.
