Paranormal Disregard
Normally, I do not enjoy paranormal stories, but this story may wind up changing my opinion. The story has an intriguing blend of action, love, hate, and suspense. I enjoyed it immensely and found it difficult to put down at the end of the day. I`m really looking forward to the 3rd book of the trilogy.

Don't editors check their work anymore?
The story is entertaining enough for this genre, but each time I started to get into it, I would run into an error that jerked me right out of the book. "Bam" for barn, "tip" instead of up, "utter instead of letter, not once or twice but over and over. To have to stop and reread the passage until it makes sense and you figure out what the correct word should have been really takes you out of the story. We pay to read these books for escape and entertainment. When they are published so carelessly that it detracts from the book, I have to wonder if maybe I shouldn't just go back to library books where at least you don't have to pay for something the publisher doesn't value enough to do a decent job with.

Very good story
Romance with good plot. I began reading and finished same day, couldn't put it down. I liked the two main characters and Charley. It is difficult to review and not give away plot, so I will just say good story, good romance, and some mystery. Genny's dreams play a big part in the story and her journey for answers takes the reader right along with her. Jack is what every romance hero should be. He is handsome, brave and a man of the sea. What more can a romantic need. Not perfect, but worthy of 5 stars in this reader's opinion.

Book number is another terrific read
This book is a good standalone but it is also the third book in the series. I really enjoyed this book as the location was where l lived. I found that the book was accurAte. The characters were very human and multidimensional throughout the book. The plot moves quickly and has many twists and turns, keeping the reader's attention. I don't see the characters connecting to previous characters, that makes it four stars.

Too Much!
Kat Martin is one of my favorite Authors and when I see her name, I buy. However , this book while very well written was too much for me because I have a basic disbelief in reincarnation. As always, Kat has wonderful characters and I did read the entire book. In addition, all of the typos were like nails scrapping on a blackboard. Don't understand the process of of Ebooks but can not believe how some are either not edited at all or poorly edited. I probably will not read the other two in this Trilogy. I will look forward to the next "Against" book.Las

Totally different and totally believable
I have never read another book quite like this one. Does the karma of the past truly follow us through several lifetimes? Most of us have experienced dreams that seem real or remember something from the past from some prop or event in the now but not to the extreme of this heroine. I find it encouraging that a lost love can be refound in the future. This is a great book to take on holiday when you have the time to sit and read it cover to cover.

Kat Martin is one of my favorite authors.
This story is gripping and made me cry a couple times at the pain Genny Austin endures. About 75 percent of the way through the story kind of drags for a chapter or two only to gather another burst of steam and carry your interest to the end. You won't regret reading this story, it is a marvelous story of love, murder, reincarnation and intrigue.

The Dream
I've only started this book, but was unimpressed with the writing - not typical of Kat Martin's style. She used too much "elementary-type" descriptions of everything. But after the first couple of chapters, it gets more like her writing. I definitely would recommend this book - it's very different and she was 'brave' to write this..
