I have chronic neck pain from a car accident 26 years ago. I had been using a more traditional type of cervical pillow—the kind where the center is basically a valley surrounded by tube mountains. It was okay, but not perfect. Enter this curiously-shaped invention. I have only been using this new pillow for about two weeks now, so I can’t yet speak to its durability, but I can definitely say that it is already a marked improvement over the rectangular neck doughnut. Thanks to my years of using the older style cervical pillow, my body already knew how to fall right into position with this one. I imagine that most people’s bodies would figure it out easily enough even if this is their first such pillow. My head and neck simply WANT to settle into the sweet spots. My neck pain, which will never be zero (unless they come with Six-Million-Dollar-Man neck tech before I die), was significantly reduced after the very first night of use and has remained at this lower level each morning. The day always brings reasons for the neck to hurt more, so I’m always ready for some overnight healing. This pillow does not disappoint. Not only do I wake up with less neck pain than I used to, but I also feel more refreshed and energized. I was surprised on that first night to learn that the part where the head rests while lying on my back was thicker than with the older style pillow I was using. I wondered if that was going to be bad, but it was great. My head actually feels more cradled by this design than, and I think that means less urge to fidget to find a good position. My head just feels right while on my back. Side sleeping has also become less fidgety with this pillow. My face hits that shape just right and it feels so natural. The plush finish is also quite soothing. My arms don’t always want to tuck into the niches as shown in the photos, but when they decide to then they also just fall in quite naturally. All in all, it’s a great design and has shown improvement in my sleep and pain reduction. Again, I have only owned it for a couple of weeks, so I can’t speak to how well it will perform over time. So far I’m very happy with the purchase, and I would recommend this to anyone who has neck or shoulder pain to manage or has sleep quality issues.

As a side sleeper I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain that kept me from sleeping well, waking up stiff and sore. Even though it will take a few nights to fully adjust to this new pillow configuration I am thrilled to say that my quality of sleep has improved and the soreness and stiffness is gone.

I injured my neck swimming 30+ years ago and since then can only sleep on low profile pillows as a stomach and back sleeper. In recent years however I started sleeping on my sides as well, which recently is causing my neck pains on my low traditional pillow. The pain was exacerbated when I did sleep on my stomach with a stiff neck. I tried the ZAMAT Adjustable Memory Foam pillow and can say the neck pains eased. This could be for a couple of reasons : 1 - The structure of the pillow does provide neck support and holds your head in place; and 2- because of the structure I was not sleeping on my stomach. It worked well for side sleeping. However, not being a person who sleeps on high profile pillows it caused some discomfort in my back. I eventually returned this pillow because it was just too high for me BUT I must say it did alleviate the neck pains. As such I would recommend this pillow for those who like/need high pillows to sleep on; if you are a reckless sleeper, constantly turning in your sleep this pillow would keep you in place for a restful sleep. I wished they made a much lower profile pillow version - cut it down 1.5-2 inches and I would try it again.

This has been the best investment I have made for my neck. I've tried others but this one is the one for me

This pillow arrived in a plastic sleeve. It opened fully nearly immediately after removal from the plastic. Best of all, there is NO odor. It is ready to use immediately. There are 2 zippered covers, with the outside cover designed to be removed and laundered. It is well sewn and assembled. I personally like a cloth pillow case, and my queen size pillow cases fit over this pillow. The neck support seems good. This was a great purchase.

I was prepared to be disapointed. Supposed, "neck" pillows never seem shaped to actually support the neck. I thought the shape of the cervical pullows looked appropriate but I was concerned it wouldnt be adequate. It is better than I expectes but not perfect. I do actually feel support under my neck, which is better than anything else I have tried. I just wish it were more. It needs to push my neck up more or let my head sink down more to line things up as they should be. I think if I had a smaller head, it would be correct. Alas, I have a huge head. Cant buy one-sized hats or anything like that. I love the sort of wing-things on the sides. I didnt even know I needed those until I tried it. It is great for lting on my side. Plus, it gives me a save place to put my hand. I have RA. It really hurts to sleep on my hand, but I inevitably do it anyway. This pillow stopped me. I would rate the pillow as, "semi firm." I thinknits about right except the neck area. My biggest disapointment is that the advertisement lies. It says this pillow comes with an adjustable piece to make it thinner or thicker. It does not. I absolutely hate false advertising. I am tempted to return it just on those grounds. If an advertisement needs to be misleading, the product doesnt deserve success. There is no excuse. None. I read reviews before I purchased. One mentioned this, but I hoped it was a mistake. That review said they had to call ro get the extra piece. Nope. That isnt ok. If thats part of it, it should say so in the add. I will have to think about whether my irritation is worth the trouble of returning it. Its really too bad. If it did havean extra panel, it might fit my big head better.

In one day sleeping with this pillow my neck pain got relief and now it’s gone 🙌🏻

After a few days use, got up every morning without usual neck stiffness. Seems to help support head and neck for better sleep.

My husband is 37 & has the worst neck pain always. Many times he wakes up stiff unable 2 move his neck from the pain. Bought many pillows b4 I landed on this 1. I think he loves it more than I. But I'm glad his neck is ok.

Smaller than expected, expensive.. caused tension my neck and shoulders. Had to change it.
